HHCPL is managing its services (International Representation Business) activities in Asia, EU, and other countries such as UK, USA, Canada etc since 2004.

Previously (1999) Pawan K Timilsina was sales manager and handled various customer in Government sector.

Pawan K Timilsina start up Representation Business in Nepal since 2004 through HIM HIPPO COMPANY Private Limited, a subsidiary of "Timilsina Group" which is one of the leading business house in Nepal. The company's activities are mainly focused on Liaison and representation, specialized in providing effective and efficient local logistics support to foreign principals seeking to secure and execute businesses in Nepal. Since 2004 the business includes an impressive array of consultancy, supply and construction contracts secured from Government and Semi-Government clients on behalf of Principals from all over the world. Most of the contracts we helped to bid, secure and execute came from sectors such as Power/Energy, Telecom, Security Printing products (MRP passport, e-passport, bank note, National ID, Driving licence, voter ID, government certificates, postage stamps, tax stamps). Security printing press system, Road, Bridge, Tunnel, Aviation (Airport civil work, airport equipment and tie up with commercial Aircraft ,military aircraft manufacturers) Irrigation, Drinking Water etc.

Our mission is to become a leading business house offering value added services to various foreign principals, exploring business opportunities and contributing to the economic growth and sustainable development of the country and the success of its foreign partners by leveraging its strong local position and business networks around the globe, forging ties with world class suppliers and service providers and maximizing the benefits of all parties.

Today we have transformed our Business to multi-sector Liaison and Representation Business, Travels and Tourism (Travel Bee Pvt. Ltd.), consulting IT service (Unitech Network Pvt. Ltd.), General trading company (Innoxa Trading Pvt. Ltd.) Pashmina manufactures (Innoxa Pashmina Nepal). Our future is to establish Pharmaceuticals Products plant and extend our business in Tourism and Hospitability sector.

He is also current active President of International Nepalese Youth Forum (INYF), and President of Friends of Lazimpat.
